What does a pass include?
Access to all sessions, the exhibit foyer throughout the afternoon, and the delegate kit.
How many seats are there?
Edition 1 is limited to 600 seats. Once they are gone, they are gone.
Is there a student pass?
A limited student and academic quota at ₹3,500 + 18% GST. Bring a valid institute ID — it is checked at the gate.
When do speakers get announced?
In three waves: August 2026, October 2026 and January 2027. No name appears before written confirmation — that is policy, not delay.

What does every partner tier include?
A post-event impact report with verified attendance and audience profile. Partner tiers also include pre-booked delegate meetings.
How do booth allocations work?
First confirmed, first placed. The floor plan on Partner With Us shows available, reserved and sold positions live. Final dimensions publish with the venue announcement.
What is in the impact report?
A sponsor-facing post-event report: verified attendance by category, session engagement, booth-zone traffic windows, directory and meeting activity, and your deliverables record. Every tier receives it.
What are pre-booked delegate meetings?
Partner tiers can request meetings through the participant directory before event day — the same structured request every delegate uses, with partner quotas. No attendee data is ever handed over.
Payments, Invoices & Refunds
Can I transfer my pass to a colleague?
Yes — free, self-serve from your account, until 5 February 2027. The old QR code is voided and a new one issued.
What is the refund policy?
Full refund up to 15 January 2027, 50% up to 31 January 2027, none after that. Transfers stay free until 5 February 2027.
Are prices inclusive of GST?
No. Every price on this site is quoted + 18% GST, shown the same way everywhere, including on invoices.
Can I pay by bank transfer against an invoice?
Yes — use the group track on the Passes page. We issue a proforma invoice within 1 working day; seats confirm on receipt and the GST tax invoice follows.
Venue & Logistics
Where is IFFS 2027 being held?
New Delhi. The venue is announced shortly — the metro, parking and hotel guide publishes with the announcement.
What time should I arrive?
Gates open at 12:00 and the exhibits are open ahead of the 13:00 inauguration. Badge printing takes under a minute with your QR code.
Is the venue accessible?
Accessibility is a selection criterion for the venue: step-free entry, reserved seating and accessible washrooms. Book assistance through registrations@iffs.co.in.

How do I get accredited?
Apply through the Media page. Accreditation is reviewed within 5 working days and closes on 5 February 2027.
Can I film on the exhibit floor?
Stage sessions: yes, from marked positions. Exhibit floor: with the exhibitor's consent. The full policy ships with your accreditation.
